Q. How far in advance do I need to make a reservation?

A. We suggest reservations be made 24 hours in advance to secure your service. If you have web account you can book online minimum 8 hours in advance. For last minute reservations, please call (347) 725-0889 we will do our best to accommodate you depending on availability. 

Q. Do you have online reservation service?

A. Yes. Our online reservation system is simple and easy.

 

Q. What credit cards do you accept?

A. We accept all major credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa, American Express, and Discover.

 

Q. What is your cancellation policy?

A. We require minimum:

  • 1 Hour notice for Sedans - reservations in NYC
  • 2 Hour notice for SUVs - reservations in NYC
  • 14 days prior to the reservation for half charge for Vans, Mini Coaches, Stretch Limousines and Buses

 

If you cancel less than policy notice before your scheduled pick up time, we will charge a 100% cancellation fee.

Q. Do you provide a car seat if traveling with children?

A. Yes, we can provide car seat or booster seat depends on your need. We charge $25 fee for each car seat or booster seat.

Q. How do you meet passengers in the airport?

A. We offer several different services:

1. Inside Greeting with Sign: The chauffeur will greet you inside at the terminal with a greeting sign (passenger’s name)

2. Curbside pick or Door Pick up: Chauffeur will pick you up at the curbside (either arrival or departure level) or passenger pick up area if available.
